One place for your model’s videos
The QR code on the packaging leads to the LUXEL How to use page. Keep that page handy: it brings the available product demonstrations together by model, so you can come back to the right section later.
Match the name on your product
Select your model from the links at the top of the guide. TRIP Classic Base, HETMAN and HIGAK each have a group of manufacturer videos. The TRIP GRID section is ready for its own guide when it becomes available.
If your packaging uses a different model or edition name, confirm the match before relying on a demonstration. A shared family name alone does not establish an identical configuration.
Choose a demonstration
Use the labels below the player to switch between the available videos. The collections include product overviews, unboxing demonstrations and footage of the fire. HIGAK also has a carry-case overview.
The video starts only when you press play. If the embedded player does not load, use the link below it to open that video in a separate tab.
Keep the supplied instructions
Downloadable manuals will be added as they become available. The video library helps you get acquainted with the model; always follow the instructions supplied with your product.
